You have only until September 1st to:

1) Enroll/Waive the Student Health Insurance Plan

2) Submit your Immunization Records for Compliance

Insurance Instructions:

To Enroll: If you are part-time, the health insurance plan is not automatically added to your account. To optionally enroll, use Aetna’s Enrollment Link.

To Waive: 1) Pull up your student bill in the myIIT portal. 2) If you see a “Health Insurance” fee, you automatically have been billed for the Student Health Insurance Plan.If you are eligible to waive the Student Health Insurance Plan, please submit your waiver request through Aetna’s Waiver Link.

The deadline to submit immunization records and insurance enrollment/waiver requests is September 1, 2013.

If you are missing any immunizations, you are welcome to complete the requirement during our Open Immunization Hour at the Student Health and Wellness Center.
