Joe Goforth holds his CASE V Award for Poster Design.

Joe Goforth, communications specialist for the Office of Institutional Advancement, won a CASE V Gold Award in the category of “Excellence in Design, Posters, Individual Poster.”

His design was a poster/invitation to the 130th birthday party gala for Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, entitled Modern Material. The design featured a photo of Mies balancing playfully on a stack of the iconic chairs used by The Second City, which performed at the event. Joe has worked in Institutional Advancement since 2013.
