The Office of the Ombudsperson cordially invites you to join us for a Lunch & Learn session to discover more about our services and how we can support you.  We understand navigating workplace challenges can sometimes be complex, and we want to ensure you are aware of the resources available. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the role of the Ombudsperson, how we operate, and how we can assist you in a confidential and impartial manner.

During this session, we will provide:

• An overview of the Ombudsperson’s role and responsibilities
• The principles of confidentiality, impartiality, and independence that guide our work
• Examples of the types of issues for which we can provide assistance
• Question-and-answer session
