The Office of the Ombudsperson cordially invites you to join us as we share information about our services and how we can support you. We understand that navigating workplace challenges can sometimes be complex, and we want to ensure you are aware of the resources available. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the role of the Ombudsperson, how we operate, and how we can assist you in a confidential and impartial manner. During this session, we will provide:

• An overview of the Ombudsperson’s role and responsibilities
• The principles of confidentiality, impartiality, and independence that guide our work
• Examples of the types of issues for which we can provide assistance

We will also discuss and share tips on effectively navigating change during times of uncertainty.
