The last day for students to request an incomplete grade for a fall 2016 course due to illness or unforeseeable circumstances is Sunday, December 4. Students must complete the Request an Incomplete Grade form located on the Office of the Registrar’s website (Registration –> Request an Incomplete Grade). Students must have substantial equity in the course and have a written agreement with the instructor detailing the remaining course requirements. Upon the instructor’s approval, the grade of ‘I’ will be assigned, and the student will have until Monday, February 20 to complete the course.
