The last day for students to request an incomplete grade for a spring 2017 course due to illness or unforeseeable circumstances is Sunday, April 30. Students must complete the Request an Incomplete Grade form located on the Office of the Registrar’s website (Registration –> Request an Incomplete Grade). Students must have substantial equity in the course and have a written agreement with the instructor detailing the remaining course requirements. Upon the instructor’s approval, the grade of ‘I’ will be assigned, and the student will have until Monday, October 2 to complete the course.
