Moises J. Goldman of M & J Acquisitions will speak at the first luncheon of the semester, to be held on January 24 from 1:00–2:00 pm at the academy, located in the 18th floor conference room of the IIT Tower. Goldman is a dynamic, high-powered executive with a distinguished career in building, growing and optimizing the financial and operational performance of diverse companies. He has expertise in strategic planning, business development, corporate development and deal making, and is an expert in leveraging technology to gain competitive advantage, spark and sustain growth, achieve profitability and deliver stakeholder value. Past positions have included interim chief executive officer at RNS, Inc., chief executive officer at TDVision Systems, Inc., chief operating officer at VoiceCue Technologies, and president and chief executive officer at Applied Wiring Components.

He earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Houston, an M.S. in Management of Technology from MIT and a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from UCLA.
