On Monday, May 28, 2012, all IIT offices will be closed to commemorate the Memorial Day holiday. Because of this, the approved timesheet due for the period May 13, 2012 through May 26, 2012, for the pay date of Friday, June 1, must be submitted to your supervisor for approval no later than 1:00 pm on Thursday, May 24.

Employees, please note that you may need to estimate the hours you will work on Friday, May 25.

Timesheets not submitted for approval by the 1:00 pm deadline may not be processed. Please contact the Payroll Office at extension 7-3336 or payroll@iit.edu with any questions you may have.
