The MMAE Department held the 2025 Poster Competition and Department Awards Ceremony on Friday, March 28, in the Rettaliata Engineering Center. In addition to the competition, Dr. Robert Drubka was this year’s recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award. He served as one of the judges for this year’s competition, and presented “Advancing the Revival of American Microelectronics,” about his work with the $100M SHIELD USA Program with Arizona State University, in an effort to help rebuild American’s global microelectronics leadership.
The poster competition had a great turnout, with 29 entries, displaying a wide variety of new and fascinating research projects. Congratulations to all of the winners, and a big thank you to all of our judges who gave their time and energy to the competition. Thank you to all of the participants for helping to make it another exciting event, and cheers to all of the department awards winners for your hard work and dedication!
