IIT students, please note: Preparations to transform Galvin Library for IIT’s 125th Anniversary Kick-Off Event will begin at 8 a.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2015. Although the library will still be open 24 hours, there will be space roped off so university staff can continue to work. Once the library has been prepared for the event, please do not move any furniture. The library spaces will be put back to normal after the event is over. Quiet study space will be available in the Ballroom of Hermann Hall, which will include tables, chairs, and charging stations for your computers and cell phones. Thank you for your understanding during this special event for the university.
