If you’re looking for an interesting IPRO for the spring ‘22 semester, IPRO 497-212 still has room for a few more students, of any major. We’re designing an antimatter gravity experiment, with implications about the fundamental nature of the universe, but that has significant science and engineering challenges that can utilize a wide range of skills.

Students can sink their teeth into state-of-the-art optical modeling, mechanical and thermal finite-element analysis, software development for parallel processing, nano-engineering, materials science, chemical engineering, project management, and more.
