In IPRO 497-967: Workforce Development, sponsored by Wintrust, students will use design thinking methodologies to create solutions to real-world challenges faced by our community partners.

Previous students have had the opportunity to work with Elam House- Centers for New Horizons, LIFT Chicago, Chicago South Side Film Fest, Shawn Michelle’s Homemade Ice Cream, RAGE Skatepark, Parkway Ballroom, and more!
