Dear Faculty and Staff,

As you know, this semester I began a campus listening tour to gain a deeper understanding of the experiences, questions, and concerns of our university community. I truly believe that we cannot be successful as a university without a diverse and representative collection of community voices leading the way.

To that end, the university issued a cultural climate survey a few weeks ago, and to those of you who have completed it, I would like to offer my sincere thanks. I greatly appreciate you sharing your experiences openly and honestly with us.

If you have not yet completed the survey, I ask that you please take the time to do so. Your views are critical to making informed decisions to support Illinois Tech’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
