Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC) is calling for white papers in three research programs. The white paper solicitation, needs document, and instructions for submissions can be found at:

White papers addressing the needs in the corresponding Research Needs documents are to be uploaded by the deadline noted in each of the solicitations timeline. Researchers may be involved in no more than two submissions as either a Principal Investigator or Co-Principal Investigator. A selected white paper will result in an invitation to submit a full proposal for further consideration for a research contract.

NOTE: SRC is using the online application Open Water for all solicitations. If you used Open Water during our previous solicitations, please note we have changed the login process. You will need to use your SRC.org email address and password to gain access to Open Water. If you are unsure of the address you used for SRC.org or have switched Universities please reach out to us for assistance prior to proceeding to Open Water. We do not want you to accidentally create a duplicate account.

If you are new to Open Water you will be asked to create an account when you click on the “Submit White Paper” button. You will be directed to src.org to create an account and then directed back to Open Water.

Once you log in or create an account in Open Water, you will be taken to the solicitation.
