The Department of Human Resources will offer the workshop Navigating Organizational Change. We are offering three seminar sessions through our Employee Assistance Program – Perspectives. These seminars are for Illinois Tech staff at all levels. Two sessions are scheduled on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at the Mies Campus. One session is scheduled on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at the Downtown Campus.

This workshop will provide information on workplace change, the three phases of change and the areas in which employees typically experience loss as a result of the change. Participants will have an opportunity to discuss their reactions to change and to learn tips on how to effectively cope and continue to be productive when change occur. “
