Recreational Sports and Fitness sponsors Staff Yoga in the Tower Fitness Center (IIT Tower, 6th floor) available to all faculty and staff members. Classes are every Monday and Wednesday from 12:05–12:55 p.m.

The cost is $5 per session. You can also purchase a punch card.
