As interest in artificial intelligence grows, many researchers are trying to examine how new AI tools can be leveraged in their research field. In order to help facilitate learning and education in AI for researchers, the AI Education Working Group is organizing a series of tutorials designed for faculty and researchers.
The second tutorial, “AI Tools for Text Analysis,” will take place on Wednesday, November 13 from 12:45–1:45 p.m. in PS 121. Led by Aron Culotta, Associate Professor of Computer Science and the Director of the BS in AI program, this tutorial will cover the following:
– A high-level survey of text analysis approaches
– An in-depth case study of classification and clustering, including working code and examples (bring your laptop!)
– Interactive discussion of specific research problems solicited from the audience (bring your data!)
Please RSVP here for this event.
