To help celebrate the McCormick Tribune Campus Center’s birthday, dinner in The Commons on Thursday, October 3, 2013 will be served in the halls of the MTCC. Meal plans are accepted and the cost for all others is $7.50.

The celebration menu includes: artichoke and roasted red pepper and harvest salads, herb-crusted strip loin with mushroom gravy, rotisserie chicken, seafood pasta, roasted trio of rosemary and garlic potatoes, mashed potatoes, asparagus tips, and green beans. Vegetarian entrees will include creamy mushroom risotto, tofu fried rice, and deep fried hoisin tofu steaks. Email for more information.
