The Department of Human Resources is pleased to introduce programs for the personal and professional development of faculty and staff. In addition to STEP, Supervisor Training and Education Program, two new programs are being launched in January:

• Learning Bytes
• Ready. Set. Lead.

These two new programs are open enrollment, which means you may attend as many or few as you choose. Registration is required for both of these programs, as this allows for the proper preparation of materials. Some classes require completion of a pre-class assignment.
