The Uniform Guidance Procurement Standards are effective for federally funded purchases made starting Friday, June 1, 2018. All other purchasing procedures remain the same and non-federally funded purchases are not affected.

The dollar limits for reporting bid gathering activities have been revised with new documentation requirements starting with purchases of $10,000.
