All Illinois Tech faculty and staff are encouraged to attend the university-wide faculty and staff President’s Update on Thursday, March 9 at 10 a.m. in the Hermann Hall Auditorium. All are invited to a reception in the Hermann Hall Ballroom immediately following the meeting. A shuttle bus will be provided to bring employees from the Downtown Campus to Hermann Hall for the meeting. For staff and faculty members unable to attend in person, a webcast option will be available. Locations to view the webcast will be available at the Rice Campus, Room 118, Downtown Campus, Room C40, and Room 100 at the Institute for Food Safety and Health.

Shuttle bus schedule on March 9 is as follows:

• 9:20 a.m.—Pick up at Downtown Campus, southeast corner of Jefferson and Adams
• 9:45 a.m.—Drop off at Hermann Hall
• Noon—Pick up at Hermann Hall to transport to Downtown Campus
