Illinois Tech is helping host the first Visions of Other Worlds Book Festival on Saturday, July 16, 2016 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at Hales Franciscan High School (4930 S. Cottage Grove, Chicago). You and your family and families of the community are invited to join us in a fun filled day, where we will launch a new campaign to promote literacy and peace. In addition to providing free books for all ages, we will also be asking youth to support social justice by pledging to endorse peace. Let us warm your heart with free food, fun activities, guest book readings and clever surprises. We look forward to meeting you and thank you for inspiring brilliant minds.
