On Saturday, October 3, in The BOG (doors open at 8 p.m., show begins at 9 p.m.), WIIT 88.9 FM is teaming up with Union Board to host Algorhythm, which promises to be an experience for the ages. Algorhythm defies description, but it is touted by its planners as “A night showcasing the music tracker and Chiptune musicians from the Midwest and Chicago accompanied by live video art.”

Leading “Chiptunes” artists Diode Milliampere, Protoman, CCDM, and Infordrive will be composing and performing experimental music, each with their own particular style and philosophy. The musical performances will be accentuated with relevant video art created by local illustrator Ohhinaifu.
