Monday, December 1 is World AIDS Day, designated to raise awareness about the global fight against HIV/AIDS and to show support for those living with HIV. The Office of Campus Life, the Student Health and Wellness Center (SHWC) and GLAM (Gays, Lesbians, And More) will be on The McCormick Tribune Campus Bridge from noon–2 p.m. to share information on how we all play a part in preventing the spread of HIV. Red ribbons will be available to wear to show your support as well as information about on-campus and off-campus resources.

In honor of World AIDS Day, SHWC is offering free oral HIV tests to students. This service normally costs $20. The fee will be waived on Monday, December 1.
