Illinois Institute of Technology (Illinois Tech) and Illinois State Sen. Mattie Hunter (3rd), along with Illinois State Representatives Julianna Stratton (5th) and Sonya Harper (6th) will host the 15th Annual Health, Fun, and Fitness Fair on Saturday, August 4 from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. on Illinois Tech’s Mies Campus. No appointments or RSVPs are necessary.

Free health and fitness services, back-to-school physicals and immunizations, school supplies, raffles, activities, and food will be available for families and residents.

Parents or legal guardians must accompany children under 18 for physicals and immunizations. Immunizations require an immunization history.
