The Office of Human Resources will hold training sessions for People Admin. This workshop is intended to provide a demonstration of how to create and manage performance evaluations in People Admin 7.0. Upgrades from our current version 5.8 of talent management suite (position descriptions, performance evaluations, and recruitment) to the latest version 7.0 will begin Tuesday, April 5, 2016.

Benefits for the user:

• Ease of use- The 7.0 version is more user-friendly than the older version and evaluations are not “lost” between steps.
• Multi-rate functionality- Supervisors can obtain feedback from other raters that is considered in the employee’s evaluation. This feature is handy in dotted and solid line reporting relationships.
• Integration with Banner- The two systems will talk to each other allowing for more efficient ways of keeping the two systems synchronized.

Who Should Attend? Employees and Supervisors with one or more direct reports.

The first hour will provide a demonstration for employees to create their self-evaluation. The final two hours for supervisors will provide a demonstration of creating and managing performance evaluations. Supervisors are expected to attend all three hours.
