The Department of Human Resources has introduced two new programs that will support you in keeping your resolution.

Learning Bytes

The Monday, January 22 topic is “Crucial Conversations“, a guide to mastering difficult conversations with more confidence. There is a pre-class assignment; enroll ASAP.  Refreshments will be provided; bring your lunch to enjoy while you learn.  These sixty to ninety minute sessions will be video-streamed to the Downtown and Moffett Campuses.

Ready. Set. Lead.

These programs target manager skill development. The Thursday, January 25 class, “Promoting the Leader in You,” uses the Strengthfinder instrument to help you identify your strengths and better leverage them as a manager. Enroll today to gain access to the Strengthfinder tool, a completed tool will be required for the class discussion.
