Join the Office of Community Affairs and Outreach Programs for the North American premiere of the following Asian short films on Saturday, November 3 from 1–3:30 p.m. at Stuart Building:

• Dead Horse (Philippines)
• Pigeon (Japan)
• Beyond the Bridge (Cambodia)

The films explore deportation, adventure, friendship, and romantic love. A post-film discussion with William Seiyo Sheehan, leader of the Chicago Keikokai of Meifu Shinkage Ryu style of Shuriken Jutsu at the Japanese Cultural Center and the Center’s resident Haiku poet, will follow the screening. Preview the films and register for this free event here.
