Human Resources is will be hosting Jewel-Osco Pharmacy for a vaccination event for faculty and staff wishing to get flu shots and/or the new COVID-19 booster. The event will be held on Tuesday, November 7, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Galvin Tower 13th Floor Training Room. You can sign up now by clicking here.

Participants must bring a copy of their medical and prescription ID cards to the event. Shots will be free to participants as long as their health plans cover them. Illinois Tech’s Faculty and Staff Plan through BCBS/CVS covers the full cost of preventive vaccinations. Those covered under other plans should verify coverage prior to the event.
