Illinois Tech health plan members now have access to more pharmacies for the medications you take regularly. Effective April 1, 2024, CVS/Caremark, our health plan’s pharmacy benefits manager, has expanded the list of pharmacies where members can fill 90-day supplies of many of the medications they take regularly (for things like diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, etc.).
Prior to this change, members could only pick up 90-day fills at a CVS location, but now will have the option to pick up their medications at certain Costco and Kroger affiliated pharmacies, as well as certain independent pharmacies. Members also still have the option of receiving their 90-day refills via CVS’ mail order pharmacy program.
To find a participating retail pharmacy, simply sign into Caremark.com to find a select participating pharmacy where you can fill 90-day supplies of many of the medications you take regularly using the pharmacy locator tool.
If you have any questions, please call the number on your CVS member ID card. If you’ve misplaced your CVS ID card, you can find a universal temporary ID, and CVS contact information so you can order a replacement card, on the Health benefits page of our website.
