Collaborate, the online collaboration tool, has been available in Blackboard to everyone for the past few months. We are delighted to have a Collaborate/Blackboard representative on campus on Tuesday, April 28 from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m., and Wednesday, April 29, from 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m.  in Stuart Building, Room 103 at IIT Online to answer questions about Collaborate while we discuss and develop use cases here at Illinois Institute of Technology.

Faculty, TAs, and staff are welcome to attend to learn more about Collaborate and its use at Illinois Tech. If you’re already using Collaborate, come to share your experiences with peers.

These sessions will be an open house format with refreshments. Tuesday will begin with a structured demo in the morning followed by informal discussions and demonstrations the rest of the day. Wednesday will be similar with a brief morning demo followed by discussion with the goal to make faculty more aware of Collaborate, identify use cases specific for the university, and plan for rolling them out. RSVP here.
