The Payroll Department announces that the time is approaching for Form W-2 to be sent to Illinois Tech employees. If you would like to receive your W-2 form electronically, sign up by January 11, 2019.

To sign up for electronic delivery, simply navigate to the work tab in the My IIT portal, select “Employee” in Banner Self Service and then select “Tax Forms.” Under “Tax Forms,” choose the “Electronic W-2 Consent” link. Then, check the box to consent to receive the W-2 electronically and submit your request.

If you previously registered to receive a W-2 online you do not need to do so again. Once you enroll, you will continue to have access to your W-2 online unless you withdraw your consent.

In addition, please make sure that your mailing address is up to date to ensure that the paper form is mailed to the proper address. Thank you!
