Stuart Assistant Dean Ana Rossetti Honored with NASPA Award

Ana Rossetti, assistant dean at Stuart School of Business, received the Marlene Kowalski-Braun Award for Service to Women in Student Affairs at the recent NASPA Women in Student Affairs (WISA) Region IV-East Drive-In Conference in Indianapolis. NASPA is the leading association for the advancement, health, and sustainability of the student affairs profession, with more than 15,000 members in the United States and 25 other countries.

The award, given biennially, recognizes an outstanding woman in the NASPA IV-East Region who has served the student affairs profession through contributions in leadership roles within WISA and/or active membership within NASPA; has made significant contributions for the advancement of female practitioners; and shown dedication to the profession.

In serving as elected co-chair of the WISA Knowledge Community from 2017–19, Rossetti is a leader in the organization’s efforts to support the needs of women in student affairs and to provide professional development opportunities through regional and national activities that address gender equity and promote personal growth.

As assistant dean for academic administration and student affairs, Rossetti oversees the student experience at Stuart from recruitment through alumni engagement and leads a cross-functional team that provides an integrated co-curricular experience through academic advising, career management, and co-curricular programming.
