The Office of Marketing and Communications will be offering professional headshots for faculty and staff on:

• Monday, October 7: 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
• Tuesday, October 8: 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
• Wednesday, October 9: noon–4 p.m.

The photos will be taken in Hermann Lounge, which is located in the southeast corner Hermann Hall on the first floor. The photos will be used on university/college/department websites, and may also appear in marketing print materials and social media posts. Spaces are limited, so please sign up today!

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Spaces are limited and are programmed to be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
2. DO NOT select more than one time slot. 
3. Each time slot in the Doodle calendar is 15 minutes long. We are allowing five people to sign up for each time slot. Each person will have three minutes for their photo.
4. Please be on time for your photo. M&C will send a reminder email. If you are unable to use the time you had selected, please email marketing@iit.edu so your time opens up for someone else.
5. If your department or college has recently completed OR scheduled recent professional headshots, you do not need to sign up. 
6. Sign up by Friday, October 4 at noon.
