The accounts payable department will be closed from Monday, December 26, 2011 through Monday, January 2, 2012. The department will reopen for business on Tuesday January 3, 2012. As a result, checks will only be processed on Wednesday, December 21. Invoices that are due will need to be approved for payment by 4 pm on Monday, December 19.

The next scheduled check processing will occur on Thursday, January 5, 2012.

The regular Monday and Thursday check processing schedule will resume in the week beginning January 9, 2012.
