This presentation explores human limitations and why cybercriminals and hackers continue to outmaneuver and deceive end-users and employees into cognitive attacks. Cognitive attacks are increasing daily because employees are underprepared and outwitted due to poor security awareness, biases, and heuristics. Dr. Calvin Nobles will explore human factor engineering solutions to address human performance issues to reduce human-enabled cybersecurity risk.
