This is a friendly reminder that due to the Christmas holiday, time cards for the period of Sunday, December 18 through Saturday, December 31 for the pay date of Friday, January 6 (BW 1) must be submitted by 10 a.m. and approved no later than 4 p.m. on Thursday, December 22.

Any timesheets that are not submitted by 10 a.m. and approved by 4 p.m. on December 22, 2016 will be delayed in processing until the next pay period which will be Friday, January 20. It will not be possible for any exceptions to the above.
