Feed the hungry! Alum Mitch Blosky’s (B.Arch. ’11) donates one granola bar for every bar purchased to an American food pantry/shelter. Blosky developed his business while an undergraduate student at IIT with help from the Knapp Entrepreneurship Center.

1 for 1 Foods‘ premier product is a granola bar that is originally formed into a circle, and then it’s cut directly in half. And when you buy one, literally the other half is given to a starving person. 1-For-1.
