Qing-Chang Zhong, Max McGraw Endowed Chair Professor of Energy and Power Engineering and Management, was selected to be in the 2017 class of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Fellows. Becoming an IEEE Fellow is a distinction reserved for select members whose extraordinary accomplishments are deemed fitting of this prestigious grade elevation. Zhong was cited as receiving the honor for his contributions to power electronic systems control.
