ARPA-E issued a funding opportunity announcement (FOA) of up to $35 million in funding for a new program, Performance-based Energy Resource Feedback, Optimization, and Risk Management (PERFORM). PERFORM projects will develop a transformative and disruptive risk-driven grid management paradigm that optimally utilizes all assets to reduce costs and improve reliability.  Deadlines vary during the month of October.  Please contact OSRP as soon as possible if you wish to submit a concept paper, as internal deadlines will vary.
