Greenlee has expressed an interest in mechanical, electrical, computer and civil engineering majors, as well as technology & management and computer science majors from IIT. ASME and CMC are sponsoring a tour of their Rockford, IL facility on Friday, February 8. We will be departing from Hermann Hall at 10 am and leaving Rockford to return to campus at 2 pm. If you know of anyone who is interested in attending, please have them complete the registration form. The maximum number allowed to attend is 80 people.

Greenlee is also sponsoring a Jack Stand Mechanism Contest. This is a design project that they are offering to the mechanical engineering or other design program. They are willing to fund a group to build a prototype if they present a design that looks workable. If someone has a solution to propose by February 8, we can have them present their idea during the tour!
