ATTENTION BIWEEKLY PAID EMPLOYEES

Monday, May 27, 2013, all IIT offices will be closed to commemorate the Memorial Day holiday. Because of the holiday, the approved time sheet due for the period 05/12/13 – 05/25/13, for the pay date of Friday, May 31, 2013, must be approved by the departments and received by the Payroll Department no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 23, 2013. Please review the deadlines listed below:

• Timesheet submission to approvers: Before 1:00 pm on Thursday, May 23, 2013. Employees may need to estimate the hours they will work on Friday, May 24, 2013.
• Timesheet approvers: Review your queues and complete approval of all timesheets by 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 23, 2013.

Because Monday, May 27, 2013, is an IIT Holiday, the time sheets that are normally due to be submitted to approvers by 10:00 on this Monday will be due earlier by 1:00 pm on Thursday, May 23, 2013.

The Payroll Office cannot guarantee the availability of a paycheck for timesheets received after the above stated deadlines.
