IIT to Host C2ST Sustainable Energy Program, “Sustainable Energy: Fact or Fiction”

The Chicago Council on Science and Technology (C2ST) will host a lecture on “Sustainable Energy: Fact or Fiction,” on Tuesday, January 31, at the McCormick Tribune Campus Center, McCloska Auditorium (3201 S. State Street). The lecture will be presented by George W. Crabtree, Senior Scientist and Distinguished Fellow in the Materials Science Division at Argonne National Laboratory, and Distinguished Professor of Physics, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering at University of Illinois at Chicago. The program will begin at 5:00 pm with registration and a reception; the lecture will begin at 6:00 pm.

IIT students who attend the program will be sponsored by WISER and will be admitted free-of-charge upon presentation of a current IIT ID. Students should register online, but disregard invoice.
