- Friday, February 3: Application deadline
- Monday, February 6: Completed applications passed over to designated university contacts
- Monday, February 27: Confirmed attendees list due to 1871 via Campus1871@1871.com
- Tuesday, February 28: All accepted students notified
- Monday, March 13: Volunteer schedule confirmed and due to 1871 via Campus1871@1871.com
- Friday, March 31 through Sunday, April 2: Campus 1871

- Application is hosted on the 1871 website here
- 1871 and universities promote on social media and internal communications
- 1871 sends list of applicants to designated point of contacts at each university by Monday, February 6
- Each university reviews applicants and sends confirmed list of attendees by Monday, February 27
