Housing and Residential Services is pleased to offer short-term guest suites for visitors in Gunsaulus Hall, located on the main campus. And over the past few months, HRS has made some big changes to improve the overall experience for visitors who stay here.

Units range in size from studio to one bedroom. Each unit features a private bath, air conditioning, campus cable, refrigerator, microwave or stove, eating and cooking utensils. In addition, guests will have access to IIT’s wireless computer network.

Rates range from $70-85 a night, with big discounts for guests who stay a week or longer and guests who stay with us for over a month. Please be aware that official university guests and guests of campus residents have booking priority.
