Illinois Tech’s campus-wide Career Fair takes place on Thursday, February 4, 2016, from noon–4 p.m.

Visit our website to view and research companies attending and to see specific strategies to make the most of this event. Students, be sure to talk with your professors about your class schedule so you can attend between noon and 4 p.m.
You can pre-register for the Career Fair. Bring your current student ID to The McCormick Tribune Campus Center (MTCC) Bridge on Monday, February 1 through Wednesday, February 3 from noon-3 p.m. to receive your name badge for the February 4 Career Fair.
Before you attend a Career Fair, ask yourself the following questions.
- Made an account in Jobs4Hawks?
- Updated and uploaded your resume?
- Updated your LinkedIn profile?
- Researched companies of interest?
- Prepared and rehearsed an elevator pitch?
- Signed up for workshops leading up to the Fair?

Professional dress is required for entry to our main Career Fair. Jeans, t-shirts, casual shoes (sneakers), shorts, and hats* will not be permitted. We have partnered with the Office of Campus Life to provide a “Clothing Closet” for students who want to borrow ties, shoes, blouses, pants, and more for the fair. The Clothing Closet will be open Monday, February 1 through Wednesday, February 3, from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. in the Hermann Hall Lounge.
