Attention Illinois Tech staff and students: Earlier this semester, the Student Employment Office (SEO) launched a fun program that allows you to “rave” about the people you work with. The Rave Awards were created to honor both student employees and supervisors of student employees who go above and beyond to support the mission, goals, and values of your department and Illinois Tech.
The time to celebrate and thank everyone for their hard work is here. SEO will host a thank you breakfast to distribute Rave Awards on Wednesday, November 29 from 9:30–11 a.m. in the Hermann Hall Expo. This event will also serve as an opportunity for supervisors to interact with other student supervisors or SEO and ask questions. Be sure to stop by to recognize the little things that create an enjoyable and productive workplace, but may otherwise go unnoticed. Because we have programming planned around the awards, we ask that attendees stay for the entirety of the breakfast.
