Friday, January 6 is the first bi-weekly paycheck date for the new year. Staff members should review paystubs to ensure accuracy of any benefit deduction changes made during open enrollment, new FSA elections, and 403(b) election changes. Any discrepancies must be reported no later than Friday, January 13.

Tuesday, January 31 is the first monthly paycheck date for the new year. Faculty members should review paystubs to ensure accuracy of any benefit deduction changes made during open enrollment, new FSA elections, and 403(b) election changes. Any discrepancies must be reported no later than Monday, February 6.

Additionally, please note the following:

• ID cards have been issued for those changing plans or electing coverage for the first time. Existing members should retain their 2016 ID cards.
• Individuals re-enrolling in Healthcare Flexible Spending were not issued new WageWorks debit cards. 2017 elections have been loaded onto existing cards.
