Friday, January 5 was the first biweekly paycheck date for the new year. Staff members should review paystubs to ensure accuracy of any benefit deduction changes made during open enrollment, new FSA elections, and 403(b) election changes. Any discrepancies must be reported no later than Friday, January 12.
Additionally, please note the following:
- All medical plan members should have received new ID cards for 2018.
- Dental and vision ID cards have been issued for those changing plans or electing coverage for the first time. Existing members should retain 2017 ID cards.
- Individuals re-enrolling in Healthcare Flexible Spending were not issued new WageWorks debit cards. 2018 elections have been loaded onto existing cards.
