Illinois Tech nutrition research investigators are interested to find out if strawberry consumption influences cholesterol levels.

You may be eligible to participate in this nutrition research study if you are a healthy individual who:

• Is 40-69 years of age
• Has a BMI of 25-38.9
• Is a non-smoker

This study will involve:

• Four three-hour study visits and six weekly one-hour visits
• Blood samples will be collected four times during the study period
• You will be provided with strawberry beverages to take home for eight weeks
• Compensation of $260 at the completion of the study
